Alicia Riley, PA-C, is an experienced and compassionate physician assistant specializing in gastroenterology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Indiana State University in 2018, following dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Sciences and Environmental Science from Purdue University, with minors in Psychology and Biology.
Since 2019, Alicia has dedicated her career to caring for children and families at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent, where she has focused on pediatric gastroenterology. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains active membership in both the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition to her clinical work, Alicia enjoys serving as a preceptor for physician assistant and nurse practitioner students, helping to shape the next generation of providers.
Alicia joined Gastroenterology Health Partners in August 2025 and is known for her approachable nature, commitment to patient education, and ability to put families at ease. She strives to provide care that is both thorough and compassionate, building trusted relationships with her patients.
Outside of medicine, Alicia enjoys reading, traveling, and cheering on the Colts. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband, their baby girl, and two doodles. Her clinical expertise and dedication to patient-centered care make her a valued member of the GHP team.
